KETO Watermelon Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 oz. cubed watermelon
1.5 oz. vodka
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Sparkly water or similar water (choose watermelon, for more taste, or lime bubbly for fresher taste)

Directions:
1. Place watermelon in a blender. Add vodka, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture into glasses, with a fine-mesh strainer.
3. Fill the glasses with desired sparkly water.
Garnish with a mint leaf and serve!
